When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 2-5 business days, and are usually shipped closer to 2-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation when your order is placed and another confirmation when your order is shipped.

What is your return and refund policy?

At Velvet Crown Coffee, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality coffee and exceptional service. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any items, including coffee beans, grounds, or related products.

Please Note:

  • All sales are final. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.
  • We encourage you to carefully review your order before completing your purchase.
  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team via email to hello@velvetcrowncoffee.com within 24 hours of receipt with more details. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
